Twin stories from our valued readers-
You find out you are having twins and who do you want to talk to? Someone who has had twins! Someone who understands what you’re going through.
This page is dedicated to all the amazing moms out there who survived being pregnant with twins, possibly alone, possibly taking care of other children at the same time. The ones whose husbands helped out and the ones whose husbands did not. The ones who went full term, and the ones who didn’t.
What got me through my twin pregnancy was reading other twin mom’s stories. Some were scary, some were sad, some were devastating and some were joyous, but they all taught me that I could do this. That is why I created this site – to continue the tradition of twin moms helping other twin moms, sharing their knowledge and their experiences.
Please consider submitting your personal story here. Each woman has a different experience, a different story and a different outcome. By taking the time to share with others you will help, and you will make a difference. You can also read and comment on the stories of others.
You can read Aimee’s story about TTTS and identical twins here.
Think about your experience – your twin birth story, your twin pregnancy story – or maybe how you survived the first year with twins. Some women find the pregnancy very difficult, others easy – some end up on bedrest for months , some have complications, and some suffer a terrible loss.
Whatever your story is , share it with other moms, make it as detailed as you wish, it will create a separate page that is for you – your twin story, your twin birth story, your twin pregnancy story – whatever you wish it to be.
Very sincerely,
Kim
